The personal instruction given by Monika is for individuals of all ability levels, helping each person achieve superior physical performance with a healthier, happier body. Each clients' fitness program is designed to meet the specific needs and interests of the individual.

In the training, we use techniques that strengthen the whole body. You will acquire stability and alignment—allowing more freedom of movement, giving you an optimal flow of energy, achieving optimal physical performance in sports and everyday life.

In a short amount of time, your strength increases, as do control, concentration, proper mechanics, fluidity, and grace. Results: stiff joints decompress, pain decreases, and muscles gradually come alive, giving you greater command of your body.

The teaching and practice demonstrated at Pilate Body is classical Pilates, in concordance with Joseph Pilates’ original intentions and exercises.

Using specialized Pilates equipment; including the Universal Reformer, the Cadillac, the Wunda Chair, the Ladder Barrel, and the Spine Corrector; the focus is on core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.

By practicing Pilates you expand your range of motion, gain flexibility, dramatically improving your movement quality, you reduce your risk of injury. Each session leaves you with a sense of well-being, a heightened body awareness, and improved self-image.
